Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request made within 15 days of delivery confirmation
- Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and labels are attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Health Care products (first aid supplies, personal care items)
- Intimate Apparel and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Giftware & Collectibles that have been opened or used
- Costume Kits with opened components
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt or packing slip, and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Exchanges
